3. What are your strengths?
강점은 형용사 하나로 끝내지 말고 그 강점이 드러난 장면을 붙이세요.

4. What is one weakness you are working on?
약점 질문에서는 치명적인 결함을 꾸며내기보다 실제 개선 중인 행동을 말하는 편이 자연스럽습니다.

상황 설명은 짧게 하고, 본인이 한 행동과 결과에 시간을 더 쓰세요.

팀워크 질문에서는 “we”만 반복하면 본인 기여가 보이지 않을 수 있습니다. 팀 목표와 자신의 역할을 함께 말하세요.

읽기보다 녹음해서 들어보는 연습이 효과적입니다
British Council은 영어 면접 전에 답변을 소리 내어 연습하고, 직무 관련 단어와 회사명·면접관 이름 같은 표현의 발음도 확인하라고 안내합니다. 휴대폰으로 답변을 녹음한 뒤 다시 들으면 지나치게 긴 문장, 반복되는 표현, 불분명한 숫자를 찾기 쉽습니다.
영어 문법을 완벽하게 만드는 데만 집중하기보다 질문을 끝까지 듣고 필요한 경우 “Could you please repeat the question?”이나 “Could you clarify what you mean by…?”처럼 다시 확인하는 표현도 연습해 두면 좋습니다.
